A High Performance Computing (HPC) platform is being developed through a collaboration of six leading UK research organisations which includes The James Hutton Institute. The HPC, will allow for greater sharing of data between experts and researchers studying crop genetic diversity. Other institutions taking part include Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and the National History Museum.
