University of Dundee to resume body donation programme in aid of medical science

The University of Dundee is to resume accepting body donations for medical science, 10 months after the programme was put on hold. The programme is run by the University’s Centre for Anatomy and Human Identification and bodies are donated for the purposes of anatomical teaching and research.

In Scotland, bodies can only be left to medical science if they are donated to a University and the University of Dundee is one of only foie Universities in the country which accepts these donations.
