Invercarse Hotel Welcomes New Head Chef

Barry spent an early part of his 23-year career at the Invercarse Hotel developing his craft while working with David Adamson (who retired in May 2017 after 32 years at Redwood). When the position of Head Chef was offered, Barry says he didn’t think twice about the opportunity to return to the group.
In between the Invercarse and running his own restaurant in Perth, Barry also spent 3 years as Head Chef at the Birkhill Inn, it was there he succeeded to build up a loyal customer and Steak Pie following!
Barry is enthusiastic and has great plans and flair for menu building; the team at the Invercarse are delighted to welcome him and patrons are already commenting on how refreshing the menu choice is with seasonal and local produce available.
High Tea starts on Sunday 11th June and will continue every Sunday between 5pm – 8.30pm. Group menus, and delicious Festive Menus are now also available.
