Set in a former textile mill with a landmark bell tower, we bring the city’s jute-spinning back to life with its bold, minimalist design. Our 102 boutique bedrooms including 17 Junior Suites are fully air conditioned with 40” LCD TV, invigorating rainfall shower, luxurious Arran Aromatic toiletries and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Daisy Tasker restaurant is named after a much loved 14-year old waver who organised activities for the jute mill workers. Daisy Tasker is the perfect place is to unwind and sample our fantastic range of locally produced spirits and cocktails! Daisy Tasker offers seasonal and local produce from an ever-changing menu. With an abundance of fresh seafood, prime cuts of vegetables our talented chefs add a contemporary spin to traditional Scottish dishes using the finest ingredients from ‘round here’.
