"This is one of the newest Staybridge Suites and is an exceptional hotel. The way it combines the use of an industrial heritage and a modern, beautiful hotel is amazing. The architect, interior design and construction team should be very proud of their achievement. However even a great hotel building won't work without great staff - and the Dundee people are every bit as good as the building! Well done on this great new hotel."

"This has got to have been one off the most genuine and friendly staff I have experienced across the IHG group chain. The staff made me feel at home from the minute the doors opened at reception. The room was great everything you could possibly need."

"We were looking for a convenient and fresh faced hotel to treat ourselves to a night away in a new place and staybridge suite exceeded this! We were well looked after and with it being so new everything was immaculate. We loved the room's facilities and having the kitchenette meant we were happy to relax and eat in the room. The beds were so. comfy and the bathroom was amazing. Overall had such a lovely time (with the delicious breakfast included) we were thrilled with our stay and will be back!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Dundee for a weekend as we were playing golf in the area. What a fabulous surprise. Suite we were in was very nice and spacious. And while we didn't use the kitchenette facilities it was well stocked if you did decide to cook-in. Breakfast was also quite good."

"We arrived as a family of four along with our dog. The staff gave us such a warm welcome (including our doggy), and as we walked in the door we were all immediately blown away on how beautiful and spacious this hotel is.

There are over 80 suites on 5 floors with lift access to all levels. On the ground floor are the suites that allow dogs, and there is a very large public lounge area (which we hung around in every night) with a coffee machine, games room and comfy seats, a little pantry that sells hygiene essentials, snacks, alcohol and even microwave meals. The gym is located on the first floor along with a laundry room and locker room.

All the suites are more like apartments which are spacious with kitchen areas fully equipped with everything you need including a coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There are plenty of sockets and USB charging points. Lovely local Scottish toiletries are provided and there’s a hairdryer, safe and iron and smart TVs in every room, some suites have a separate room with a sofa bed, ideal for kids, there are also interconnecting suites. The WiFi is good. The beds are super comfy and all rooms have blackout blinds & curtains for a good nights sleep.

The breakfast is great with a vast choice of a cooked breakfast, cereals, pastries, toast & continental choices.

One night we had our evening meal delivered from the restaurant next door (Daisy Tasker) which was excellent and we ate in the public living area and took in our own wine, which the staff gave us an ice bucket for. We also had pizzas delivered from via Just Eat. About 2 mins walk is a large M&S food hall along with a shopping centre, the Olympia swimming pool is also a couple of minutes walk away and the location is ideal for seeing all the sights in Dundee.

In summary this place is perfect for anyone whether you’re a couple, a group of friends on a night out or a family coming to see the sights. Most importantly all the staff are super lovely and you really feel like you’re at home.

We’re already planning a trip back here - love it!"
