Slessor Gardens, the main parkland area in the central waterfront in Dundee, is 10,738sqm in size and designed to be a multi-functional space with capacity to host large events making use of temporary structures to provide new space for large conferences and social events.
The award winning Green Flag venue, which sits directly across from V&A Dundee has hosted numerous outdoor concerts, events, sporting activities and conferences since being opened by Her Majesty The Queen in 2016.
The site is surrounded by ten individually themed display gardens reflecting the City’s rich heritage and is home to Discovery Walk, ten plaques that celebrate and honour the pioneering spirit of those from Dundee whose scientific and social achievements have helped make Dundee and the wider World a better place.
